How to place order?

We will reply with the total payable amount include the relevant shipping charges.
What is the payment method?
You can make payment via Maybank2u internet banking, Interbank GIRO transfer or cash deposit
into our Maybank Account. Once payment is made, please scan/snap a picture of the bank receipt
as proof of payment and email to us for verification and reference purpose.
If you are international customer (not Malaysia), we only accept payment through Paypal.
What are your shipping options?
We work with GD Express as our primary courier service provider.
How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the destination.
Peninsular Malaysia
For shipping within Peninsular Malaysia, shipping charge for 3kg and below is RM10, every
subsequent 1kg is RM2.
* FREE delivery will be provided with total purchase of RM500 & above in single order (T&C apply).
East Malaysia
For shipping charges to Sabah / Sarawak, kindly contact us at enquiry@lovely-romance.com for
pricing information.
International
For international shipment, kindly contact us at enquiry@lovely-romance.com for pricing information.
Can I use Pos Malaysia service?
Yes. If you want to use Pos Malaysia service, please use Poslaju or Registered Post where they
deliver the item personally.
When can my order shipped?
Orders are shipped within seven to fourteen business days after full payment has been received.
This is applicable for stock items. For non-stocked items, we will advise you of the delivery
schedule.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number.
When should I place order?
As wedding favors were sold in large quantities, please place your order at least 2 to 3 months in
advance to avoid any disappointment.
